**1. Promotion Period:

The “Review and Follow to Win” promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from 01 Jul 2024 to 31 Aug 2024(the “Promotion Period”).

 

**2. Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TRAVEL EZY, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

**3. How to Enter:

To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete the following actions during the Promotion Period:

 

•Submit a review of TRAVEL EZY on Google and or Product Review business profiles

•Follow TRAVEL EZY on Facebook, Instagram and X social media platforms.

 

Each of these actions qualifies as a single entry. Participants can earn a maximum of 5 entries by completing all actions.

 

**4. Entry Requirements:

 

•Reviews must be genuine and reflect the participant’s honest opinion.

•Participants must use the same email address or social media handle for all actions to be eligible.

•Any entries deemed to be fraudulent, misleading, or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

 

**5. Prize:

One winner will receive a $100 gift voucher (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Travel Ezy reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

 

**6. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on 10 Sep 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

**7. Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified via email or social media within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within the required time frame, Travel Ezy reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

**8. General Conditions:

 

•By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Travel Ezy, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

•Travel Ezy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Travel Ezy’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Travel Ezy in its sole discretion.

•Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Travel Ezy reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

**9. Privacy:

By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion in accordance with Travel Ezy’s Privacy Policy, available at https://travelezy.net.au/privacy-policy/

 

**10. Disputes:

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the awarding of the Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Jurisdiction]. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, participants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Travel Ezy in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Victoria/Australia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
